314. Pastapalooza with Madison Heltzel

In this fun, creative cooking class, students will transform into Italian pasta making experts!  Students will learn everything about making fresh pasta, as they knead, cut, and roll fettuccine, ravioli, and gnocchi.  The technical aspects of homemade pasta will be covered, including the preparation of different sauces. Students will learn to make homemade pasta like a pro!
