228. Beginning Oil Painting with Stevie Moore

Join us for an atelier approach to beginning oil painting. We will begin by drawing forms and shapes in paint as we learn to 'see' in the school of classic realism. Moving forward we will explore the medium with a limited palette at first adding new pigments gradually and painting landscapes from photographs of the old masters' works. Elements such as line, value, edges, spacial relationships and color will be stressed.
