Description
Join us in the LASC planetarium and learn the basics of observational astronomy! We'll discuss telescopes, how to locate objects in the night sky, and foundational astronomy. We'll also have an observing session at Josephine Sculpture Park in Frankfort, KY where you can put your new skills to the test under darker skies. This session is exclusively for registered students. Telescopes will be provided. Saturday, Oct. 14th observing session at JSP.
